I’ve been cooking about 7 dinners a week for 24.25 years now. I am qualified to announce my favorite recipe for using Turkey Leftovers and you will know that I have some qualifications or authority on the topic.
Here is a Top Contender:
Cheese & Turkey Casserole
4 Cups cut up cooked Turkey (works great with chicken too)
3 Cups croutons (the unused dry stuffing you have left in the pepperidge farm bag is perfect)
2 Cups shredded cheese (use Cheddar or Swiss)
1 C Mayo
1/2 C milk
1/4 C chopped onion
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
Heat oven to 350 [now here comes the best part] Mix all ingredients and spoon into a casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes!
Did I mention it’s super easy? Enjoy!
