Rhubarb Freezer Jam
Chop fine 5 cups Rhubarb,
Mix in 2 cups sugar, and let sit overnight.
In a pan, bring it to a boil, and stir constantly for 10 min.
Remove from heat, stir in 1 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello.
Put the jam in jars or containers in the fridge or freezer.
P.S. I have increased the rhubarb, decreased the sugar, doubled the recipe, and it all works great – not fussy.
