Our culture is beauty-obsessed. Many woman are caught up in worrying too much about how they look. To relieve your anxiety in this area, please meditate upon and enact the practice of the following.

1. After you have dressed and done your hair, and makeup … now forget about it. Let that be that. Don’t think any more about how you look. You’ve done your best, now be yourself, and enjoy your day. Being Self-Conscious is unattractive.

2. A smile is your best accessory. Check out this true saying by doing a simple test. Look in the mirror, unsmiling, then look at your smile.  You don’t have to wait to look happy. You will also “grow” better wrinkles when you’re old.
